This up-market self catering apartment is an ideal getaway for the family, located a 110m metres from the famous Bloubergstrand beach. As you enter the high-rise building with its many floors you already feel at home with entire Cape Town painting in the entrance hall.
The principal room, the spacious open plan living area and the master bedroom, both open onto two separate balconies. The apartment is on the 8th floor with amazing views. As you open the front door you immediately see the old vintage 1870 Kensington Station clock to remind you of the wonderful time your going to have in the apartment. From there, the majority of the apartment, dinning/living area and the kitchen are all contained in one bright, open space.
Between the dining area and the kitchen sits a dividing wall/bar that serves as a casual eating surface, the dining table comfortably seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a toaster and a microwave. The living area features an L-shaped couch which you can enjoy watching the sunset from and a flat screen TV with selected DSTV channels.
The main bedroom boasts with an en suite bathroom, a comfortable queen size bed, lots of cupboard space and a separate sliding door which leads to the balcony. Before you make your way to the second bedroom you can peek inside the bathroom and get a glimpse of the shower and bath. The second bedroom has a double bed and separate sliding door with its own little balcony. Towels and bed linen are offered.
Facilities for disabled guests are available. The complex is access controlled and on-site facilities include a swimming pool and a coin operated laundry as well as a personal lock up garage with remote control. Don’t forget the outside patio table and chairs is there for you to relax, unwind and just to look at the colors of which constantly change, from a fiery sunrise to an unforgettable sunset at dust.

Important Information
DEPOSIT POLICIES:
Payment [plus a refundable damage deposit of R1,000.00] must be fully settled: 30 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 2 days of guest confirmation of intention to book.
The breakage deposit as per property setting is required upon check-in in the form of a pre-authorization on your credit card (no actual debit). The hold will be released within 7 days of check-out if no damages have been reported. If no credit card is available upon check-in, cash payment is required which will be refunded within 7 days after check-out. In this case, please forward your banking details upon check-out. The departure cleaning fee is also payable upon check-in (if not already paid via the channel booked) Payments are refundable as per cancellation policy. Exceptions may be considered at the managers sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
A Cleaning fee of R350 is applicable and payable on all reservations.
Arrivals:
Check-in time is from 14:00 (2pm) onwards on the day of arrival. All guests are to be met in person to complete check-in process. For check-in outside of office hours on weekdays, and after 18:00 (6pm) during weekends a fee of R250 is payable on arrival before keys can be handed over.
Check-out time is 10:00 (10am) on the day of departure. Penalty fee of R150 / hour for late check-out (without prior arrangement).

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
We may impose a cancellation fee in the event of cancellation before arrival. The fee will depend on the nature of order, the length of notice of cancellation before arrival, the reasonable potential to find alternative clients for the reservation and the reason for cancellation. No refunds in the event of cancellation after check-in.
The following cancellation fees apply on the full booking value:
More than 2 months prior to Arrival – 10%
1 – 2 Months prior to Arrival – 25%
15 – 30 Days prior to Arrival – 50%
7 – 14 Days prior to Arrival – 75%
Within 7 days of Arrival – 100%
The above cancellation fees will be revised should we be able to re-let the apartment. The reservation booking fee is not refundable and will be utilized to cover costs.
Any Refunds and the waiver of cancellation policies are at the sole discretion of management and the ability to re-let the property.
