- Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
- These rates are subject to change without prior notification, unless a contract is in place.
- All suites are NON Smoking suites.
- Sleeping on the couches is strictly prohibited.
- Should an extra person want to stay in an apartment, prior arrangement must be made with Management.
- Cleaning of apartments only once a week for long stays One bedroom Apartment is R150.00 and a Two Bedroom Apartment will be R200.00 - this includes change of linen and towels.
- No Daily cleaning,if needed additional charges will apply.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation less than 24hrs prior to arrival = 100% of accommodation.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to arrival = 75% of accommodation.
- Cancellation less than 14 days prior to arrival = 50% of accommodation.
- Cancellation less than 28 days prior to arrival = 25% of accommodation.
- Refunds, if agreed, are subject to a 10% administration fee.
- All cancellations are only accepted if received in writing.
