Cancellation Policy
- 30% of rent to be payable as cancellation fee in case of cancellations up to 60 days in advance.
- 60% of rent to be payable as cancellation fee in case of cancellations up to 30 days in advance.
- 100% of rent to be payable as cancellation fee in case of cancellations less than 30 days in advance.
- The managing agent recommends a travel cancellation insurance.
